At Activa International, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
* The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
* The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:
* Opened or used products.
* Customized or special-order items.
* Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For payments made through Paymob, refunds are processed through the Paymob payment gateway. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 7–14 business days after the refund has been approved and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
